Completely reasonable price for our duplex down in Lakeview. Quick response and service. Had a couple reschedules due to rain but the finished job was completely worth it. They did the windows inside and out as well as the screens. Last company made me remove and install the screens myself and that was a mess.
Totally satisfied and can wholeheartedly recommend.

Alex from Sparkle cleaned our home's windows today. He did an excellent job and was very quick. Friendly, courteous and neat. Price was fair, we thought. Windows truly SPARKLE!
I'm knocking off 1 star for customer service that was a bit less attentive than I would want on the part of the manager/scheduler/owner. Not horrible but a little slow in letting me know when they would be here to do the job.

All in all, I would recommend them.

I called for a quote and someone was out at my house within the hour. They gave a fair price and came on the agreed upon day. It was pretty cold that day so they called ahead to reschedule until later so my house wouldn't get cold with the windows open.

Two guys arrived and were polite, efficient, and very thorough. When they left there was no trace of them being here except my sparking bright windows.
